Upon inspection they found another small area that had some rotting due to water, in most cases you would think a huge headache but not with Beantown. … More They were able to obtain the extra supplies they needed and do this repair all in the same day for an affordable and very fair price!! We also had them install a ridge vent and we couldn’t be more happy. Beantown offers reliable, honest and great quality work. I also was overly impressed with how Jim and Eli took the time to share their knowledge and explain everything so you could really understand how everything worked and appreciate the quality of it. My husband and I hired Beantown Home Improvements to redesign our front porch and extend our roof to cover it and also reshingle our entire roof. We are both extremely happy with the work. Everyone we've talked to says it looks like … More the new work has always been there. Jim was extremely responsive to all of our questions and concerns and both crews (the construction crew and the roofing crew) were extremely professional. The project start date was unfortunately delayed a few times, but it was well worth the wait and, once the work started, easy to see why - the crews care far more about doing the work right than doing it fast, and that's a tradeoff we'd take any day.
