VCE Electric Venting Skylights

Our experience has been excellent. We’ve had a number of contractors performing various work and Jim and his team stood out. The quote process was easy, no pressure sales tactics. Then the project start, they were very detail oriented, … More even willing to rip off installed siding to use a corner molding requested. This was not met with anger, but a willingness to do the right thing for the customer. Their workers were diligent, professional, friendly, and man did they work hard. However, they were NOT willing to sacrifice quality to speed the construction. We had a lot of rainy days and they refused to caulk when the surface was wet and wouldn’t adhere. They cleaned up every day very thoroughly, and my yard was raked and spotless post service. I would highly recommend Jim and his team. Couldn’t be happier with the results, especially given other experiences I have had. Use Beantown!!

Beantown was a great choice for our roof project. I contacted Beantown through their online contact form and was called right away. Our initial meeting with John was scheduled immediately and John did a great job walking us through the … More project and all of our options. We were then put on a schedule and Derek kept me updated on the status up to install day which went great. The workers did a good job finishing and cleaning up even though with the shorter days they worked at dusk. Our 30 year old home was in need of more than the usual minor board replacement and repaint after this past winters rain and wind storms. After some consideration we came to the conclusion it was time for a major face lift with products … More that could withstand the elements better than our cedar siding and other wood product exterior items. While researching new products that we were interested in one name always came up as an available contractor. That was Beantown Home Improvements. Not only did they work with all the products we had interest in but they were backed by fantastic reviews as well. We gave them a call and Jim and John came out to discuss what we were looking for on our homes exterior. After some discussion and quotes on pricing we signed with Beantown to install new James Hardie siding, ProVia windows and TimberTech decking. Every aspect of our dealings with Beantown were fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone. From working out the details and costs with Jim and John to working with Jim and Brian and their entire team during the construction process. Whenever we had a question or concern it was handled quickly and professionally.
