(Project Manager - Roofing) and his crew replaced the roof (Owens Corning TruDefinition … More in Onyx Black), installed Velux skylights with solar blinds, and installed a solar attic fan. Derek and his crew exhibited enthusiasm, professionalism, and a great work ethic. He kept us well-informed with updates and even provided drone footage of the project.John F. (Project Specialist) spent countless hours turning our vision into reality. His unparalleled patience, knowledge, and genuineness were remarkable. John never rushed us into making a decision and was always available to answer the endless questions posed to him.To complete the transformation, in stepped the logistical and physical masterminds of the project (Nick G. and Jim E.). The project consisted of 57 new construction windows (52 Andersen 400 series and 5 ProVia), roughly 3,000 square feet of James Hardie siding (Pearl Gray), 2 roof extensions, TimberTech decking (English Walnut), VYCOR housewrap, Low-E insulation, 6” seamless gutters - to name the bulk of it.
