While searching for contractors to complete an entire exterior home renovation, we quickly realized Beantown Home Improvements outshone the rest!Derek S. Derek and his crew exhibited enthusiasm, professionalism, and a great work ethic. He kept us well-informed with updates and even provided drone footage of the project.John F. (Project Specialist) spent countless hours turning our vision into reality. His unparalleled patience, knowledge, and genuineness were remarkable. John never rushed us into making a decision and was always available to answer the endless questions posed to him.To complete the transformation, in stepped the logistical and physical masterminds of the project (Nick G. and Jim E.). The project consisted of 57 new construction windows (52 Andersen 400 series and 5 ProVia), roughly 3,000 square feet of James Hardie siding (Pearl Gray), 2 roof extensions, TimberTech decking (English Walnut), VYCOR housewrap, Low-E insulation, 6” seamless gutters - to name the bulk of it. Although the majority of Nick’s (Operation Manager) work may be behind the scenes, it did not go unnoticed to us just how amazing he is. His and Jim E.’s (Installation Manager) precision and attention in the logistical and physical aspects of the project make the process run like a very well-oiled machine. Again, always responsive, genuine, professional, personable, and patient.Once the project began, Jim provided daily updates and was always available. He is a true master of the craft and echoed the recurring top-notch sentiments we have for Beantown HI. Jim’s crew, led by Estuardo, was phenomenal. Rarely these days will you find such a fine group of men with an unrivaled work ethic and truly skilled craftsmanship.Brian T. (Master Carpenter - Decking) and crew (Patrick K., Avery K., David J. - missing the names of others) constructed 2 roof extensions to alleviate long-standing issues with water infiltration.
