The crew had to make several repairs including new roof sheathing, vent boots, chimney flashing, and … More PVC rakes. Our point of contact, Derek, was extremely knowledgeable. Once some of the plywood sheathing was removed, he showed us the poor air floor from blocked soffit vents (we hired a company through Mass Save to insulate our attic) and offered very reasonable solutions to remedy it. We couldn't be happier with the results and peace of mind knowing our roof not only looks amazing, it will keep us dry for many years to come. I will recommend Beantown Home Improvements to anyone who needs work done on their home.
