Jim was patient with me as I made all my decisions. In sometimes bitter cold weather, their extremely hard-working crew worked quickly yet precisely to complete the job in the time frame given to us. The lines of communication were always open for me and Beantown addressed all my questions and concerns until the project was completed. When they were almost done we decided we wanted our garage doors reframed, they were able to add that onto our gutter job and everything was completed within 2 days. We are so happy with the way that everything turned out! We will hire them again in the future and recommend them to our family and friends!

They were patient because I needed to do some work before they could do the siding like replace some windows and side door.They communicated exactly what I need to do to get ready beforehand and during the whole time that they were working on the project.They show up on time. They work hard and they have a great team that even takes a break and eats lunch together.There is a great deal of respect from the forman and the workers Jim Ewal Examined everything and make sure that everything was put back and neatly cleaned up before they left. Jim fixed a couple of things that needed to be fixed and he worked well with me and my contractors. I love the way it turned out.

Our first meeting was at our home with Elias. The appointment was easy to scedule and Elias showed up on time and was very personable and professional. Being this was a major investment in our home he sat with us and explained in detail what exactly would be done and then gave us a very competitive quote. We had gotten other quotes from other companies as well and Beantown roofing was by far the best. The next employee we had contact with was Isabella who was patient and very helpful in providing us answers to questions we had in regards to choosing a roof shingles. I had never taken notice of colors before until this moment and we wanted to make sure we were making the right choice for our home. Once chosen we were given an approximate date for installation however they completed our project ahead of schedule. Derek was our project manager and once again was professional and kept to his timeline. His crew showed up on time and I was beyond impressed with the work ethic of the crew he had with him. They worked hard and diligently all day, kept my home clean and kept us up to date on what was happening. They worked a full day and as promised came back the next day to compete the project, finishing ahead of time again. Since installation we have had several major rain, wind and snow storms and the roof has stood up to the elements great...no issues at all. Even if there was I know Beantown home improvements would have corrected it no problem since that is the type of company they are. They are honest, reliable and fairly priced. We are so happy that we found them. If you are in need of a new roof, as daunting as it may be, I would absolutely recommend that you call them. You won't regret it.

My wife and I have been homeowners for 46 years and over that time we have had many home improvement projects ranging from small to very large and extensive. Working with Beantown Home Improvement was easily one of the best experiences … More we've had. We were looking to replace our cedar clapboard and shingle siding with vinyl for ease of maintenance. We also wanted to strip off the existing siding to expose any rot or other hidden issues due to the ravages of time. Elias met with us on-site and we jointly walked through the entire project, discussing various options and just how the work would be performed. He was very professional and easy to work with. He answered my questions in detail and made sure we understood the scope of the work.After signing the contract we had a target date for the work to begin. We were kept apprised of any date shift due to weather or stock availability and work began right on time.The crew were also very professional and efficient. the Project Manager went over the plan with me to answer any last minute questions. It was obvious the crew knew just what they were doing as they each went about their separate tasks from setting up staging to stripping off the old siding.Upon inspection after the old siding was removed there was some rot discovered which required replacing 7.5 sheets of sheathing. This possibility was noted in the contract so it was not a surprise.All of the trim was wrapped with vinyl-coated aluminum which was cut and bent on-site. The entire job was moved like clockwork and was finished in 3 days. We were more than impressed with the quality, speed and overall professionalism with which this project was completed. We would not hesitate to recommend Beantown Home Improvement to family and friends.

Just two months after our first contact with Beantown, they were ready to side our house. They explained how the process would take place, and it all happened just as they said. The work was done in two days. The workers were extremely professional. On day one of the job I returned home from work and saw that they had removed all the old siding and shingles, and had already started framing the windows. My husband said there were 12 workers present on the second day. I came home from work to see that my entire house was sided. Several neighbors had stopped by to tell me how well they worked. They also commented on the great job. I was completely overjoyed to see my house, absolutely beautiful! Jim, the siding manager, was also fantastic, and he was very responsive to any questions we had. He reviewed everything about all of the products and how they work, how they instal them and all of their warranties. He explained how the work day would go and that Derek (the Forman) would be in touch with us to discuss a date for installation of the shingles, three skylights and two bathroom roof vents. Derek called me not to long after and set the date. He reviewed how the day would go and when the materials would arrive and the dumpster. Well, Derek and his crew are a fine oiled machine. They covered all my wifes plants so they would not get damaged. Placed tarps front and back. The crew was very organized, no yelling, no swearing. Everyone was very polite. The roof came out perfect. Skylights, perfect, dryer vents, perfect. They cleaned up everything. You could not tell they were after they left. Isabella sent me all of the warranty documents and a tax document for the skylights the following day. I got to meat the owner Jim the same day. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable. I do not write long or detailed reviews like this unless you've done exceptional work.Beantown is the Bomb!

He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and he addressed any concerns we had along the way.Being new home owners we’ve dealt with a lot of contractors and tradesman that don’t get back to you, don’t show up, over charge or don’t do quality work. Working with Beantown was a breath of fresh air. We also had them install a ridge vent and we couldn’t be more happy. Beantown offers reliable, honest and great quality work. I also was overly impressed with how Jim and Eli took the time to share their knowledge and explain everything so you could really understand how everything worked and appreciate the quality of it. Jim was extremely responsive to all of our questions and concerns and both crews (the construction crew and the roofing crew) were extremely professional. The project start date was unfortunately delayed a few times, but it was well worth the wait and, once the work started, easy to see why - the crews care far more about doing the work right than doing it fast, and that's a tradeoff we'd take any day.

Beantown installed a new roof and gutters for us on our recently purchased home. Throughout the process, Eli was incredibly responsive and professional. We felt as though we could continuously rely on him for honest expertise. We are first-timers … More with this experience and he made us feel at ease. The work was scheduled before our move-in date which was our strong preference. Thank you for getting it done within this time frame! The team was on-time the day of the job and worked efficiently. There were some issues outside of the control of Beantown (some of shingles used were defective from the manufacturer). Eli resolved the problem and the team came back to fix within 2 weeks. The roof is beautiful and we are pleased. As we were prepared for, there were some materials (nails, screws, old roof material) sporadically around the house and driveway after completion. We had to clean it up to ensure our car tires weren't damaged. But this was communicated to us prior to the job as a realistic expectation. I would recommend Beantown to friends and family and would use again in the future.
