He provided important information about what was possible based upon our specific situation and needs. We ended up using fencing for a portion of the deck facing the street which provides us with much more privacy than we had previously. Brian was our project manager and was great to work with and very responsive when we discovered a minor issue. The entire team was very professional and did the job efficiently. They showed up early, were very pleasant and did an excellent job with the cleanup. We did have to wait a few months to get the deck completed as there was a backlog of jobs when we signed the contract. But that was communicated up front so we were aware that was the case.
