Inspection
Every roofing project, including our maintenance plans, start with a thorough inspection. Our inspections include checking for smooth water run-off, a scan for cracks and missing parts, and checking for any suspicious areas of moisture. We will also check all of your rooftop equipment, from air conditioning units to skylights.

Recommendations
Once we have fully assessed your roof and have taken care of all the necessary repairs, we will let you know how much service life is left in your roof.
