Inspection
Every roofing project, including our maintenance plans, start with a thorough inspection. Our experienced commercial roofing team will come out to look at your roof and assess how much life is left in your roof. Our inspections include checking for smooth water run-off, a scan for cracks and missing parts, and checking for any suspicious areas of moisture. We will also check all of your rooftop equipment, from air conditioning units to skylights.

After the inspection, our team will repair any issues we see. From unclogging your gutters to replacing damaged flashing, these acts of maintenance ensure a safe and secure roof. Recommendations
Once we have fully assessed your roof and have taken care of all the necessary repairs, we will let you know how much service life is left in your roof. Our experience has been excellent. We’ve had a number of contractors performing various work and Jim and his team stood out. The quote process was easy, no pressure sales tactics. Then the project start, they were very detail oriented, … More even willing to rip off installed siding to use a corner molding requested. This was not met with anger, but a willingness to do the right thing for the customer. Their workers were diligent, professional, friendly, and man did they work hard. However, they were NOT willing to sacrifice quality to speed the construction. We had a lot of rainy days and they refused to caulk when the surface was wet and wouldn’t adhere. They cleaned up every day very thoroughly, and my yard was raked and spotless post service. I would highly recommend Jim and his team. Our 30 year old home was in need of more than the usual minor board replacement and repaint after this past winters rain and wind storms. While researching new products that we were interested in one name always came up as an available contractor. That was Beantown Home Improvements. Not only did they work with all the products we had interest in but they were backed by fantastic reviews as well. We gave them a call and Jim and John came out to discuss what we were looking for on our homes exterior. After some discussion and quotes on pricing we signed with Beantown to install new James Hardie siding, ProVia windows and TimberTech decking. Whenever we had a question or concern it was handled quickly and professionally.
