Inspection
Every roofing project, including our maintenance plans, start with a thorough inspection. Our experienced commercial roofing team will come out to look at your roof and assess how much life is left in your roof. Our inspections include checking for smooth water run-off, a scan for cracks and missing parts, and checking for any suspicious areas of moisture. We will also check all of your rooftop equipment, from air conditioning units to skylights.
Touch-Ups
After the inspection, our team will repair any issues we see. From unclogging your gutters to replacing damaged flashing, these acts of maintenance ensure a safe and secure roof. Staying on top of necessary repairs is crucial for prolonging the life of your roof. When left alone, these minor problem areas can quickly turn into an emergency situation. Recommendations
Once we have fully assessed your roof and have taken care of all the necessary repairs, we will let you know how much service life is left in your roof. Our professional crew will also make recommendations on the best way to maintain your roof in order to maximize its service life. Together, we’ll create a schedule so that your roof gets the routine care it needs to stay safe and secure.

Derek and his crew exhibited enthusiasm, professionalism, and a great work ethic. He kept us well-informed with updates and even provided drone footage of the project.John F. (Project Specialist) spent countless hours turning our vision into reality. His unparalleled patience, knowledge, and genuineness were remarkable. John never rushed us into making a decision and was always available to answer the endless questions posed to him.To complete the transformation, in stepped the logistical and physical masterminds of the project (Nick G. and Jim E.). The project consisted of 57 new construction windows (52 Andersen 400 series and 5 ProVia), roughly 3,000 square feet of James Hardie siding (Pearl Gray), 2 roof extensions, TimberTech decking (English Walnut), VYCOR housewrap, Low-E insulation, 6” seamless gutters - to name the bulk of it. Rarely these days will you find such a fine group of men with an unrivaled work ethic and truly skilled craftsmanship.Brian T.
